Architectural Review Request
NOTE: An ARC form is not required to be submitted for the following:
1. Repainting/Restaining of a house when the color is staying the same.
2. Replacing windows when the trim color is staying the same.
In both instances above, if the color of the house is changing or the trim color is changing, an ARC would be required to be submitted.
